El Jefe Hemp Company, LLC wants everyone to be able to shop with us, online and in our store. We're working to make www.eljefehempco.com easy to use for people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.

Our Goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These widely used guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What We're Working On
- Keeping a clear heading structure on every page
- Adding text descriptions (alt text) to images
- Using text and background colors with strong contrast
- Making menus, buttons, the cart, and checkout usable with a keyboard
- Making our age-verification screen work with a keyboard and screen readers
- Keeping animation and motion to a minimum
- Regularly checking the Site with accessibility tools and fixing what we find

Known Limitations
- Lab reports (certificates of analysis) are PDF files created by independent labs, and some may not work well with screen readers. Contact us and we'll read the results to you or send them in another format.
- Some product photos and descriptions come from manufacturers.
- Some features, such as checkout, payment, and maps, are provided by other companies, including Wix and Google. We choose accessible options where we can, but we don't fully control those features.

Other Ways to Shop With Us
If any part of the Site is hard to use, call us at (325) 386-0337 during store hours. We can answer questions about products and read product details and lab results to you.

In Our Store
Service animals are welcome. Our staff are happy to reach items, read labels, and help you check out. If you need any other help during your visit, just ask.
