Age and ID checks: Texas law requires us to verify age before every sale. We check a government-issued photo ID in store and at pickup, and we verify age before shipping online orders. If we use an age-verification service, it checks the information you provide under its own privacy policy and tells us only whether you passed. We use this information only to confirm your age, and we keep only the records Texas law requires.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To process, ship, and deliver your orders and send order updates
- To verify your age and whether we can legally ship to your address
- To answer your questions and handle returns
- To send marketing emails, only if you sign up
- To keep the Site working, improve it, and prevent fraud
- To comply with the law, including Texas DSHS record-keeping requirements and valid legal requests

3. Who We Share It With
